We perform quality testing by ASTM D1401 to measure the water separability of oils or synthetic fluids, or the ability to separate from water. ASTM D1401 is used for specification of new oils and monitoring in-service oils for water contamination.
We also perform water content, water contamination, and water resistance testing by ASTM D1264, ASTM D1533, ASTM D1744, ASTM D1796, ASTM D2709, ASTM D4006, ASTM D4007, ASTM D4049, ASTM D4928, ASTM D95, ASTM E203, FTM 3463, IP 386, ISO 10337, ISO 3733, and IP 74.
