September 19, 2025 | SPL announces the acquisition of Colorado Analytical Laboratories, a leading environmental testing provider with facilities in Commerce City and Lakewood, Colorado.
This acquisition expands SPL’s footprint in the Rocky Mountain region and strengthens its national environmental testing platform. Colorado Analytical’s facilities and dedicated team will remain in place, continuing to provide the expert analysis and customer service that customers rely on. They will operate under their current name for now, with immediate access to SPL’s enhanced resources, advanced technology, and nationwide laboratory network.
