Colin brings extensive experience in business services, including consulting, safety, engineering, and technical services. Before joining SPL, he served as CEO of SEAM Group, where he led the company through significant growth, tripling its size in four years before its acquisition by ABB Inc. Prior to SEAM, Colin was CEO of an occupational safety consulting firm, which he successfully scaled and sold to DEKRA, a global TIC group. At DEKRA, he led a division specializing in process safety, lab testing, and advisory services across the US, UK, and China.

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
As CTO, Tim guides SPL’s practical IT operations and strategic digital investments with his 24 years of experience. Prior to joining SPL, Tim worked at Anadarko Petroleum for 18 years helping them achieve industry-leading metrics in operations with digital technology. Tim’s early career capitalized on his experience working with 3D visualization, computer machine interaction, and collaboration technologies. Tim built upon these foundations while delivering digital solutions to real world challenges faced by the entire E&P process – from operations to accounting.
DANA WOBSER
CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
As CAO, Dana leads SPL’s people operations, safety, training, and oversees compliance, risk, contracts, and process improvements with over 18 years of experience. Prior to SPL, Dana served as CAO at SEAM Group and held HR leadership roles at Oatey Company and Myers Industries, driving key initiatives in talent management and organizational design. Dana’s early career began at Deloitte, where they built a foundation in accounting and business strategy. Dana holds an MBA and BA in Accounting from Walsh University, along with SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
